Outfit of the Day | Third Time's a Charm... or Kinda Gross.

Sweatshirt: apt. 9 via Kohl's | Shirt: apt. 9 via Kohl's | Jeans: American Eagle | Boots: ShoeMint 'Britt' {similar} | Scarf: Kohl's, old | Bracelet: J.Crew | Ring: F21 or Charlotte Russe {similar in silver}

So... this is awkward. I think I cheated at Take One, Pass It On. But I literally (not actually literally... I may exaggerate, but I am literate) could not peel this sweatshirt off my body all weekend. So I stopped fighting it and wore the damn thing to my first night of work at Gap!!!

I love it. Except I want to buy the entire store, men's side included. THOSE PLAIDS.
And the discount. ahmaaahhhzzzing. Except I have to pay rent before I can use it...

The moral of this story is go buy this sweatshirt and also I can now fold jeans better than you.

  1. What size sweatshirt are you wearing? I like that you can layer with it but it doesn't cling to you either. Looks crazy comfy but still stylish because it has sequins!

  2. I think my favorite thing about working retail was learning how to fold stuff properly. I can't remember any special jean trick but I was boss at folding t-shirts lol. (PS I worked at A&F - lolz for days)

  3. I've only ever worked at two adult clothing stores (the 23432 other retail stores I've worked at ranged from kids shoes to kids clothes to toys... and so on and so forth), and the one store I worked at was a boutique. And the store owner always brought in gorgeous stuff from lines like Free People, Kensie, Tulle, Billabong, etc. And when something really cute came in, she always bought extra and let her staff buy the item at cost so we could wear it in the store to sell it. I bought quite a few lovely items like $60 jeans and dresses for like $11. Sigh. I miss those days.

    I've been seeing sweatshirts like yours pop up everywhere! Target had a few when I was there the other day. But like every other cool thing that everyone else wears and looks awesome in, I have a weird feeling I wouldn't know how to wear it right. Like I couldn't give it the outfit it deserves. And, like every other trend, I'll probably arrive to it about two years late and finally figure it out. Whoops. You know they really let just about anyone start a style blog these days! ;)

  4. Awesome Kohls finds! Love the printed shirt under a sweater look:)

    WELL, jeans are not so difficult to fold what about tops, huh? Take that as a challenge my sassy nugget and report about your experience next post :-P!!!!

  6. Love that sweatshirt!!! Looking fabulous as always.
