Reached for my skinny jeans and was actually glad, for the first time, that my 30 for 30 is almost over.
Posted half the things I own on Poshmark. (It's fun! Download the app and let's follow each other and be merry.)
Went for an involuntary run. Considered dog shaming.
Drank my body weight in Cherry Coke Zero.
Started planning this for my 12th 25th birthday. Thanks Mom & Dad! ... I'll be the one wearing this. Or this.
Created a spreadsheet for my January 30 for 30.
Considered the very real possibility that I'm the only person not in love with the Target collab. Sad face.
Tried to decide if lavender polka dot jeans are a versatile wardrobe item.
Got started on this, except I paid $100 like a not-crazy person.
You are too funny! Those dog shaming pictures are hilarious! Also, I've decided polka dot pants aren't going to make it into my closet, until next year when I eat my words and they are everywhere. All of this looks ways more fun then studying :)

I found a gray pair at Target, but the fit was ehhh. I ended up ordering these "just to see"... I have a feeling you and I are going to be polka dot free solidarity sisters. But who knows.
DeletePretty look. The scarf is a nice touch. xA
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's one of my favorites.
DeleteYou crack me up lady! I am loving Poshmark too - here's to cleaning out those closets! I went to Target yesterday, and wasn't overly BUY BUY BUY about any of the collaboration pieces, but pretty much wanted to take the rest of the store home with me... which is why I can't ever go to Target!

hope you are having a fabulous weekend lady. You are KILLING your 30X30 and I am so happy I "met" you through it!
xx
Here&Now
You hooked me on Poshmark with your twitter feed! It's crazy fun. I'm so glad I've had you and DTP to get me through these looooonnnnggg 30 days!! :)
DeleteLove this look - so cozy and adorable!

Thanks girl! This sweater kind of feels like what I imagine Snuggies feel like. And it makes me want a Snuggie.
DeleteYou're not alone on the Target Collab. Target, if you're going to give me Tory Burch, please don't make it into a lunchbox.

AMEN GIRLFRIEND! I'm not five. Gimme some cute flats or something.
DeleteI'm staying away from Target (I am le poor...like, considering not buying milk poor) so I have no opinions about the collab, but I think they should have made a bunch of stuff we actually want. Like hey, MJ, make us real purses. Or Tory should have made shoes. Ya know, logical stuff.
ReplyDeleteOhhh I feel you on poor-ness. I'm in the hole kind of poor. I just find it difficult to get all swoony over Oscar de la Renta dog leashes. Kind of feels like the definition of "missing the point."
DeleteUm, you did amazingly on the whole "30 for 30" thing. Like so good, it's actually making me want to give it a try :) I'm so glad I stumbled upon your blog!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the whole Target collaboration thing. I have yet to buy anything from one of them. It always makes me giggle because everytime I go through the sale racks at Target I find a huge chunk of collab items that no one bought and have ended up 75% off...
YOU TOTALLY SHOULD! What you shouldn't have done is told me you're thinking about it, because now I'm going to come after you... <> :) The collab stuff is ALWAYS ON CLEARANCE! It's crazy! Like hey Target, maybe don't start out at a gazillion dollars. You're still Target.
DeleteThis red skirt looks great on you!

It's one of my favorites! Probably because I'm an almost-Valentine's baby :)
DeleteLove this outfit! The mix of reds is so cute. ;) And I don't think I've purchased any of the Target designer collaborations since the Isaac Mizrahi ones back around 2004ish? And even those I got on clearance (and still wear the heck out of!) Everything since has either been too expensive or not my thing. This most recent one does seem fairly ridiculous though. Who really needs (or even wants) designer lunchboxes or pencils??? Seriously, Target?!
ReplyDeleteYeah I don't know what they're thinking. I don't want a lunchbox or a dog leash or a bike, I want clothes. And shoes. And shiny things. And I'd like to NOT pay my firstborn child for it, cause come on... you're still Target.
